Difficult to use from a Non chinese speaking country

So sad that If the number you used before is already forfeited by the company you cannot register anymore if still have balance in your old number.very useless cannot use anymore your app.

Alipay is a big entity, they should have done a better job. This app is a mess and not at all functional. 0 star would have been better.
App design and password recovery is mind numbingly stupid and inefficient. Maybe this is intentional for non-china users?
